All drive systems are produced on dimension in our factory in Belgium, and are composed of stainless steel 316L.
For standard dimensions, a 200 Nm motor, enables you to install the drive system without having to drill through the pool walls, or without having to install an external motor in a pit, which often suffers from water ingress.
Top Mount Drive System - CSY001
consists of a system of two mounting supports and a shaft which are positioned above the pool. The motor is fitted inside the shaft to reduce the space required which makes the assembly simple and ideal for both new and retro fit applications.
Top Mount Case - CSY002
Similar to a standard top mount system, this option has the added benefit of a composite wooden style casing that can also be used as a bench. Also with an in roller motor this system is suitable for both new and retro fit applications.
Standard Underwater Mount Drive System - CSY005
this is our most popular system, with a flooded pit (letterbox) at the end of the pool. The motor is situated inside the shaft and the cable goes up the inside of the pit which means there is no need to provide access through the wall (hole in the pool) for installation. The cover is secured under a wooden decking. The rolled up diameter of Covrex® means the pit is smaller than with conventional PVC slatted systems (only 600mm diameter for pools up to 20m long).Composite wooden style decking can be supplied with the system.
Underwater Mount with Overflow Skimmer CSY008
This system is an ideal solution when building a new pool. It is provided with an overflow skimmer that allows your water level to be set just under your coping stones (about 3cm), which gives a splendid look to your pool. On top of an aesthetic solution, it also makes construction of the pool easier, since there is no need to install additional traditional skimmers.
The overflow skimmer has two main advantages compared to traditional skimmers, it allows you to set the water level close to your coping stones, and it provides a skimming effect over the entire width of the pool (instead of at one or two points) which improves the removal of floating debris and reduces the time spend on cleaning your pool.
The drive system is delivered pre-assembled and only has to be fixed in the pool and connected to the existing filter system.
In pool bench (pool bottom.) - CSY011
This system is ideal for retro fit as no pit is required which means the surface are of the pool is unaffected. It is available in two versions; polyester or stainless steel.
The stainless steel version is delivered pre-build and just has to be fixed to the pool floor or walls. The stainless steel casing can be tiled, or a liner can be fixed to it.
The polyester version is available in standard in three colours (light blue, white, and light grey) but can be produced in any specific colour on demand. System delivered in kit form.
Pool Bottom Fixed Lid - CSY012
Both the Pool Bottom Fixed Lid and the Pool Wall Cave (see below) are the ideal solution for new level deck pools.
With the pit below the pool floor, the cover exits from a small opening at the rear (typically 40mm). Included in this system is an in roller drive motor (available in two sizes for deeper pools) complete with stainless steel framework (made to measure) and stainless steel panels for the pit lid which can, if necessary be tiled to match the rest of the pool finishes.
Pool Wall Cave - CSY013
The ideal solution for new level deck pools.
With the pit in either end wall, the cover exits from a small opening at the top (typically 60mm). Included in this system is an in roller drive motor (available in two sizes for deeper pools) complete with stainless steel framework (made to measure) and stainless steel panels for the cave front wall which can, if necessary be tiled to match the rest of the pool finishes.
