The technology developed is the result of thorough research and over 40 years of experience in the plastics field. Covrex© pool covers are made from PVC foam sections to ISO 1183, coextruded with a flexible polyurethane seam.

The triangular profiles are designed in such a way that they optimise heat transfer during the day and insulation during the night.

The ultimate elongation and tear strength of our materials comply with DIN 53515.(elongation 500% et resistance 50 N/mm)

The technology has also been designed for ease of maintenance. In fact, the high density PVC prevents any algae formation on the cover, while its flexible polyurethane seams prevent the build up of dirt. Brevet European Number 03447288.6
